Certifications
EUROVENT Certification
The DDM-E units are Eurovent certified for Class A air conditioning under EN1886 and EN13053 standards. These certifications guarantee the equipment’s mechanical performance and thermal efficiency.
AHRI Certification
They include the AHRI 1350 standard, which certifies cabinet strength, air leakage rate, and thermal insulation while minimizing the formation of cold bridges.
Technical Features
- Patented structural design: Cabinet with double-layer metal panel, aluminum alloy profile, and PVC thermal insulating strip.
- High corrosion resistance: Aluminum alloy profile surface treated with an oxidation-resistant coating.
- Modular structure: Panels assembled with tongue and groove connections, fastened with high-strength bolts for easy assembly and disassembly.
Thermal Insulation Properties
- Exterior panel: Colored coated sheet (standard configuration).
- Interior panel: Zinc-aluminized plate with a service life six times longer than galvanized steel and twice the thermal reflectivity.
- Specialized insulating material: Effectively separates the interior and exterior panels, using fluorine-free polyurethane filling.
Cold Bridge Resistance
- PVC panel structure: Prevents direct contact between metal components, eliminating cold bridges.
- Thermal insulation on doors and external parts: Prevents condensation under high temperature conditions.
